The items below are all made by West Country artisans I know personally and whose products I have sampled myself and love. All are individual or small family businesses, super passionate about their products. I do not take commission from these lovely people - I am more than happy to shout out how wonderful their products are. Please allow sufficient time for your goodies to be processed and delivered or sent to me ... usually 5 days' notice is fine.
Sabine Macarons (Instagram: Sabinemacarons) "I fell in love with French patisserie 40 years ago when I lived in my little village in Northern France. I made my life in England and started baking when the children grew up. Macarons are challenging to make and because of that, they became a passion then an obsession. The colour and flavour combinations are endless! I produce amazing tasting Macarons by using fresh fruit, quality chocolate and free range eggs from my little flock of hens!"
Little Yew "I am extremely privileged to have grown up in Devon, and to now live in Cornwall with my two girls and husband, both magical locations which have instilled a deep love for the outdoors within me. Little Yew strives to encompass this love for the outdoors through our unique, cosy, chunky knit baby beanies, which are perfect for keeping little heads warm as you explore the world together, creating core family memories. Handmade by the sea in the heart of Cornwall, these beanies make the perfect gift for a new mum or mum to be. " Alison Knight
Little Orchard Alpacas "Little Orchard Alpacas was born in 2016, starting with five wonderful alpacas – Jorvik, Monty, Nutmeg, Cloud and Bryony. A few births and sneaky additions later we now have a herd of 22, who kindly grow the beautiful, sustainable and immensely soft fibre, with which we make our range of hand made alpaca products. Each alpaca is a member of the family to us, all with their own personalities and quirks and we put as much love into caring for our animals as we do designing and producing our unique alpaca gifts." Victoria Lee.
Mischievous Mole "The Mischievous Mole is the realisation of a long-held desire to bake and share my love of luxury brownies with the larger community than just my friends and colleagues who I have been treating for years. Now it’s your turn to enjoy the result of my passion; very indulgent, rich Belgian chocolate brownies in a variety of seasonal flavour combinations carefully wrapped and delivered to your door. I’ve been running the Mischievous Mole from my orchard kitchen in the heart of Devon since spring 2022. What started out as something of a dream is now a reality and a huge success. I’m so proud of what has been achieved and I’m looking forward to what is to come." Louise Dalton
